Shipping policy

1. Shipping terms
Checkout displays the available shipping method, charge, duty and tax treatment, and estimated delivery for the delivery address. The accepted checkout information applies to the order. A method or destination not offered at checkout is unavailable for that order. All items are subject to availability.
2. Dispatch and delivery estimates
Dispatch preparation: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates run from dispatch and are not guarantees unless accepted as binding.
“Business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location.
3. Duties and import taxes
Displayed product prices include taxes and customs duties. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. Contact support@masi.eu if a carrier requests an unexpected import payment.
4. Address and failed delivery
The customer provides a complete and accurate delivery address and any requested recipient, access, telephone, tax, or customs information.
Request address correction at support@masi.eu before dispatch. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.
The customer pays carrier, customs, and import charges caused by incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid recipient charges. If a shipment returns to MASI for those reasons, MASI may charge redelivery or deduct non-recoverable outbound and carrier costs from any refund.
5. Tracking, loss, and damage
Contact support@masi.eu with the order number if tracking reports an exception, the parcel arrives damaged, or delivery has not occurred by the final estimated date. MASI may require photographs, carrier records, or inspection.
6. Risk and delivery
Risk passes when the customer or designated recipient takes physical possession, unless the customer appointed a carrier not offered by MASI.
If MASI cancels for non-delivery or unavailability after payment, MASI refunds the amount paid for the undelivered goods.
7. Returns
Returns: Return and Refund Policy. Use only the return address and method authorized for that return. Customer pays all return shipping.
