Fortunately, returns are rare thanks to our industry-leading standards. MASI supplements are produced in a state-of-the-art facility in Germany and undergo independent testing at a leading laboratory in Switzerland to ensure unbiased, verified quality.

However, should you need to return an item, rest assured you're protected. We offer refunds for orders placed within a 14-day period, provided the products remain in their original, unopened condition. Please note that all return shipping costs and any additional fees must be covered by the customer.

LEGAL NOTICE

By subscribing to a MASI supplement plan, you agree to our Terms of Service and recurring billing policy. Charges will continue at the selected interval until cancellation is submitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that all account and billing information is accurate and up to date.

Refunds are available for orders placed within a 14-day window, provided the products are returned in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MASI reserves the right to update subscription pricing or related policies. All product claims are based on scientific research and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

Cancellation Policy / Early Cancellation and Discount Clawback

To request cancellation, log in to your account at https://account.masi.eu or contact us directly at info@masi.eu. Please allow up to 3 business days for cancellation requests to be processed.

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE OFFERED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE COMPARED TO THE SINGLE PURCHASE PRICE, WITH A RECURRING DISCOUNT APPLIED TO THE 30-DAY PLAN AND AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT APPLIED TO THE 90-DAY PLAN, WHICH REPRESENTS A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT.

FOR THE 30-DAY PLAN: IN CASE THE CLIENT WISHES TO CANCEL BEFORE COMPLETING THE 3-MONTH MINIMUM COMMITMENT PERIOD (EQUIVALENT TO THREE 30-DAY CHARGES), THE COMPANY WILL REQUIRE THE CLIENT TO RETURN ALL DISCOUNTS APPLIED. THE CLIENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PRICE AND THE REGULAR PRICE FOR ALL ORDERS RECEIVED UP TO THE POINT OF CANCELLATION.

FOR THE 90-DAY PLAN: THE PLAN REPRESENTS A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT BILLED UPFRONT AS A SINGLE CHARGE. THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL THE RECURRING RENEWAL AT ANY TIME, AND THE CURRENT 3-MONTH SUPPLY ALREADY PAID FOR WILL BE FULFILLED IN FULL. NO CLAWBACK APPLIES, AS THE 3-MONTH COMMITMENT HAS BEEN SATISFIED THROUGH THE UPFRONT PAYMENT.

IN CASE THE CLIENT SELECTS TERMINATION SUBJECT TO CLAWBACK, THE CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE THROUGH SELF SERVICE. This measure is taken by the Company to avoid circumvention attempts by the Client.

 

IN CASE THE CLIENT PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION AND WISHES TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE THIRD SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE IS MADE, THEN THE COMPANY WILL REQUIRE THE CLIENT TO RETURN ALL DISCOUNTS APPLIED. OUR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE OFFERED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE COMPARED TO THE SINGLE PURCHASE PRICE, WITH A RECURRING DISCOUNT APPLIED TO MONTHLY ORDERS AND AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT APPLIED TO THE MINIMUM 3-MONTH COMMITMENT PLAN. CLIENTS WHO WISH TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE THIRD SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PRICE AND THE REGULAR PRICE FOR ALL ORDERS RECEIVED UP TO THE POINT OF CANCELLATION TO THE COMPANY.
