Withdrawal from your contract

This page lets you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal: your legal right as an EU consumer to cancel a qualifying online order within 14 days, without giving a reason.

When you can withdraw

  • You have 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, received your order.
  • This applies to qualifying orders placed online as a consumer.
  • You do not need to give a reason.
  • Withdrawing is free. You may be responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Important: sealed supplements

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed supplements once the seal has been opened. Unopened products in their original sealed condition can be withdrawn within the 14-day period. Legal basis: Article 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU.
