Cancellation policy

This policy summarizes Terms of Service, Sections 6–8. It applies to new subscriptions that accept this version. Existing subscriptions keep their accepted terms unless a change is agreed or required by law.

1. Purchase options

A one-time purchase is charged once. A subscription provides the selected 30-day supply, billed every 28 days (4 weeks) until cancelled. Checkout confirms the quantity, recurring price, discounts and welcome gifts before payment.

2. Cancel anytime by email

Email support@masi.eu to cancel. Include the email used for the subscription and your order or subscription number. Cancellation takes effect when MASI receives the request. MASI sends confirmation. Send the request before the next charge is processed to stop that renewal.

The customer portal does not provide cancellation. Use email to cancel.

3. Before your second Successful Charge

An Early Cancellation Amount may apply to ordinary cancellation before the second Successful Charge. It repays the subscription discounts, welcome gifts or benefits, and other checkout discounts from the initial subscription order only, using the values accepted at checkout.

Each amount is counted once. Renewal-order discounts and gifts are excluded. Valid returns and refunds are reflected in the calculation. The total cannot exceed the accepted checkout maximum.

MASI provides an itemized calculation before collection. A stored payment method is charged only with the required separate authorization. Otherwise, MASI sends a payment request. Cancellation remains effective during this process.

4. After your second Successful Charge

Ordinary cancellation is free. No Early Cancellation Amount applies. There is no minimum number of successful charges.

A Successful Charge is a scheduled subscription payment that settled and has not been voided or fully refunded at Cancellation Time.

5. Orders, returns and consumer rights

To request cancellation of an unfulfilled order, email support@masi.eu before dispatch. MASI can cancel if warehouse processing has not made cancellation impracticable.

A return, delivery refusal or payment dispute does not by itself cancel future renewals. Statutory withdrawal and mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
