How Does Subscription Work

One-Time Purchase: Single delivery at standard price. No commitment. 30-Day Plan: One bottle delivered every 4 weeks. Recurring discount applied to every order. 90-Day Plan: Three-bottle supply delivered every 12 weeks. Maximum recurring discount and lowest price per serving.

All subscription plans include access to your customer portal, where you can pause, reschedule, or modify deliveries. Pricing on recurring plans may be updated over time; you will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your subscription.

Cancellation Policy / Early Cancellation and Discount Clawback

To request cancellation, log in to your account at https://account.masi.eu or contact us directly at info@masi.eu. Please allow up to 3 business days for cancellation requests to be processed.

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE OFFERED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE COMPARED TO THE SINGLE PURCHASE PRICE, WITH A RECURRING DISCOUNT APPLIED TO THE 30-DAY PLAN AND AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT APPLIED TO THE 90-DAY PLAN, WHICH REPRESENTS A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT.

FOR THE 30-DAY PLAN: IN CASE THE CLIENT WISHES TO CANCEL BEFORE COMPLETING THE 3-MONTH MINIMUM COMMITMENT PERIOD (EQUIVALENT TO THREE 30-DAY CHARGES), THE COMPANY WILL REQUIRE THE CLIENT TO RETURN ALL DISCOUNTS APPLIED. THE CLIENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PRICE AND THE REGULAR PRICE FOR ALL ORDERS RECEIVED UP TO THE POINT OF CANCELLATION.

FOR THE 90-DAY PLAN: THE PLAN REPRESENTS A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT BILLED UPFRONT AS A SINGLE CHARGE. THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL THE RECURRING RENEWAL AT ANY TIME, AND THE CURRENT 3-MONTH SUPPLY ALREADY PAID FOR WILL BE FULFILLED IN FULL. NO CLAWBACK APPLIES, AS THE 3-MONTH COMMITMENT HAS BEEN SATISFIED THROUGH THE UPFRONT PAYMENT.

IN CASE THE CLIENT SELECTS TERMINATION SUBJECT TO CLAWBACK, THE CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE THROUGH SELF SERVICE. This measure is taken by the Company to avoid circumvention attempts by the Client.

Legal Notice

By subscribing to a MASI Longevity Science supplement plan, you agree to our Terms of Service and recurring billing policy. Charges will continue at the selected interval (every 4 weeks for the 30-Day Plan, every 12 weeks for the 90-Day Plan) until cancellation is submitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that all account and billing information remains accurate and up to date.

Refunds are available for orders placed within a 14-day window, provided the products are returned in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MASI Longevity Science reserves the right to update subscription pricing or related policies. All product claims are based on scientific research and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Communications Consent

By placing an order, initiating a checkout (including abandoned or incomplete checkouts), creating an account, or starting a subscription with MASI Longevity Science, you expressly consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, and WhatsApp at the contact details you provide. These communications may include, but are not limited to: order confirmations and shipping updates, abandoned checkout reminders, subscription renewal notices and upcoming charge reminders, payment failure notifications (including alerts regarding expired cards, insufficient funds, declined transactions, or other billing issues affecting your subscription), account and delivery notifications, customer service responses, product information relevant to your purchase, and promotional messages about our products and offers.

You acknowledge that timely communication regarding payment and subscription status is essential to ensure uninterrupted service, and that failure to respond to such notifications may result in delayed shipments, paused subscriptions, or cancellation of your order. Message and data rates may apply for SMS and WhatsApp communications depending on your carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and subscription status.

You may opt out of promotional marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to any SMS message, or following the opt-out instructions in WhatsApp messages. However, you understand and agree that transactional and service-related communications (including order updates, subscription billing notifications, payment failure alerts, and other messages necessary to fulfill your order or maintain your subscription) are a required part of the service and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order or subscription with us. By providing your phone number, you additionally confirm that you are the authorized user of that number and agree to receive automated messages from MASI Longevity Science and its service providers. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
