What drives skin aging appearance
UV exposure, smoking, sleep, hormones, weight change, and chronological aging dominate what people see in the mirror. “Matrix” language in longevity circles points at collagen/ECM biology — useful metaphor, not a promise that one capsule rebuilds a face.
Non-capsule care
- Daily sunscreen habits
- Stop smoking
- Retinoid/dermatology plans when appropriate
- Protein adequacy during weight loss
Systemic polyphenol adjacency
Resveratrol and fisetin are longevity polyphenols with systemic research stories. They are not fillers or facelifts. See also skin during metabolic care.
Limits
Capsules cannot replace volume lost with fat loss or reverse decades of UV the way procedures or medical dermatology sometimes can. Keep expectations adult.
