Terms of service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern masi.eu, the MASI store, and all purchases from MASI SUNRISE, SLU (“MASI,” “we,” “us”).

THE CUSTOMER MUST CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM AND BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER. BY USING THE WEBSITE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PLACING AN ORDER, OR ENROLLING IN A SUBSCRIPTION, THE CUSTOMER CONFIRMS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTANDS THEM, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THEM AND BY THE TERMS VERSION RECORDED AT CHECKOUT.

The customer’s order is an offer to buy under these Terms. MASI accepts an order by sending a confirmation email, charging the payment method, and/or preparing dispatch. MASI may refuse, limit, or cancel any order in whole or in part before or after placement.

These Terms, the accepted checkout disclosures, and the order confirmation form the contract for that order or subscription. Related website policies linked at checkout or in the footer (shipping, returns, subscription cancellation, privacy, contact, legal notice) apply to the extent they apply to that order.

MASI group. MASI SUNRISE, SLU is part of the MASI group of companies, headed by MASI AG. The group operates the MASI, American Premium Vitamins and Alanta brands and their websites, including masi.eu, americanpremium.com and alanta.eu. The group's parent company is MASI AG, Bahnhofstrasse 21, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-434.932.636, Commercial Register Zug CH-170.3.052.112-4). MASI SUNRISE, SLU, Avinguda de Pau Casals 14, 08021 Barcelona, Spain (VAT B16741456) is a company within the MASI AG group. Group membership does not change who you contract with: the company named in this section is your counterparty for orders placed on this website, and is responsible for them.

3. Store use, accounts, and non-commercial use

The customer must have legal capacity to contract. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, bulk redistribution, or purchase for commercial resale without MASI’s prior written consent is prohibited.

Unlawful use, false or incomplete information, interference with the website, introduction of malicious code, and infringement of rights are prohibited. The customer must use products lawfully in the destination country.

The customer is responsible for account credentials and for all activity under the account. The customer must notify MASI promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

MASI may refuse, limit, cancel, or suspend an order or account for fraud risk, stolen or invalid payment methods, payment failure, pricing or listing error, stock unavailability, destination or logistics restriction, unauthorized resale, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms. MASI may report suspected fraud to payment providers, card networks, and authorities. MASI refunds any amount collected for an order it cancels, subject to lawful deductions under these Terms.

4. Products and health disclaimer

Products are food supplements. Packaging, colour, and appearance may vary without changing the ordered product materially. Product availability, specifications, and packaging may change. MASI does not warrant that website descriptions or images are error-free; if a delivered product differs from the website description, the customer’s remedy is Section 9.

Disclaimer: Content and statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It should not be substituted for medical advice or medical intervention. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider when making medical decisions. Exercise and a healthy diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

5.1 Prices

Checkout shows the product price, currency, discount, shipping, tax, recurring price, and total before payment. Displayed product prices include taxes and customs duties. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. The final payable total is the checkout total accepted before payment.

Prices, availability, and purchase terms may change before acceptance of an order. MASI may cancel an order arising from an obvious pricing, typographical, or listing error. If payment was already taken for such a cancelled order, MASI refunds that payment.

5.2 Payment authorization

Payment must be received or authorized before MASI accepts and fulfils the order. By submitting an order, the customer authorizes MASI and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for:

  • the order total accepted at checkout;
  • each subscription renewal under Section 6;
  • the Early Cancellation Amount under Section 8, where the customer gave the required separate authorization or completes the payment request; and
  • any other amount the customer expressly authorizes.

The customer warrants that the customer is authorized to use the payment method provided.

5.3 Billing accuracy

The customer must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, payment, and contact information and must update it promptly (including card number, expiry, billing address, and email). The customer must notify MASI if a payment method is cancelled, lost, stolen, or no longer valid. Failed, declined, or reversed payments may result in order cancellation, subscription suspension, collection of amounts due, and account restriction.

5.4 Records and disputes

MASI records the accepted offer, Terms version, payment authorization, order, fulfilment, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and Early Cancellation Amount calculation. MASI may provide those records to payment providers, card networks, banks, courts, regulators, and professional advisers for payment processing, fraud prevention, chargeback defence, and legal compliance.

Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer must contact support@masi.eu and allow MASI a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. A chargeback does not cancel a subscription or erase amounts lawfully due under these Terms.

6. Purchase options and auto-renewal

New subscriptions use the 30-Day Supply Plan below. A one-time purchase is also available. Checkout shows the quantity, price, currency, discounts, welcome gifts, billing interval, renewal price, cancellation terms and any Early Cancellation Amount before payment.

These terms apply to new orders that accept this version. An existing subscription keeps its accepted terms unless a change is agreed or required by law.

6.1 One-time purchase

A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew.

6.2 30-Day Supply Plan

The selected 30-day supply is billed every 28 days (4 weeks) until cancelled. This is a four-week billing interval, not a calendar month. The first charge occurs at enrolment. Each later charge is scheduled 28 days after the previous scheduled charge, unless a different date is agreed.

Checkout confirms the quantity for each delivery. Selecting two adults means two units of the same product in each delivery. One Hair Complex unit contains its two-part, two-bottle system.

There is no minimum number of successful charges. Cancellation before the second Successful Charge may require repayment of the initial-order discounts and welcome gifts under Section 8.

Successful Charge means a scheduled subscription payment that settled and has not been voided or fully refunded at Cancellation Time.

7. Cancellation

7.1 Subscription cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing support@masi.eu. Include your order number or subscription number and the email used for the subscription. MASI may request proportionate identity verification.

Email cancellation is effective when MASI receives the request. This is the Cancellation Time. MASI sends a cancellation confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals. Send the request before the next scheduled charge is processed to stop that charge.

The customer portal does not provide cancellation. Use email to cancel. Available portal controls may be used to update delivery details, reschedule a delivery, change quantity or reactivate a subscription.

A return, delivery refusal, payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself cancel future subscription renewals. This does not limit statutory withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.

Before the second Successful Charge, Section 8 applies. After the second Successful Charge, ordinary cancellation is free and no Early Cancellation Amount applies.

7.2 Unfulfilled order cancellation

To request cancellation of an unfulfilled order, email support@masi.eu before dispatch. MASI can cancel if warehouse processing has not made cancellation impracticable. MASI voids or refunds a cancelled order charge. After dispatch, Section 9 applies.

8. Early Cancellation Amount

8.1 When it applies

An Early Cancellation Amount applies only to ordinary cancellation before the second Successful Charge, where the customer accepted the relevant offer and repayment terms at checkout. It is limited to the initial subscription order only.

After the second Successful Charge, ordinary cancellation is free. There is no charge for future renewals or deliveries. Statutory withdrawal and mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

8.2 Calculation

The Early Cancellation Amount is the total of the following amounts from the initial subscription order, using the values accepted at checkout:

  1. The subscription product discounts actually received.
  2. The accepted recovery values of welcome gifts or other promotional benefits actually received and retained.
  3. Other checkout discounts actually received on that initial subscription order.

Each discount or benefit is counted once. No discount or benefit from a renewal order is included. The amount cannot exceed the maximum accepted at checkout. Valid returns and refunds are reflected in the calculation. No fixed percentage or fixed currency amount applies to every order.

8.3 Recorded values

Accepted One-Time Price means the one-time price for the same product, quantity, market and currency recorded at enrolment. A product discount is the difference between that price and the product price paid, without counting a separate checkout discount twice.

Benefit Recovery Value means the value disclosed and accepted at checkout for the named initial-order gift or benefit. A benefit is retained if it was received and has not been removed through a valid return or refund. Digital access is considered separately under applicable consumer law.

8.4 Process and authorization

MASI provides an itemized calculation before collection. MASI charges a stored payment method only where the customer gave the required separate authorization for the disclosed amount or maximum. Otherwise, MASI sends a payment request.

Subscription cancellation remains effective during calculation, collection or a dispute. It does not depend on the customer making another subscription payment.

8.5 Scope

This section applies to new subscriptions that accept this version and the relevant initial-order values at checkout. It does not retrospectively change an existing subscription contract.

9. Returns and refunds

9.1 Return costs

The customer pays all return shipping and all associated return costs in every case, including voluntary returns, statutory withdrawal, and returns of defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods. MASI does not pay or reimburse return shipping.

9.2 How to request

Submit a return or withdrawal request by email to support@masi.eu.

9.3 14-Day Return Policy

The day after delivery of the last item in the order is Day 1. Day 1–Day 14 are consecutive calendar days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays count. The Day 14 deadline is not extended.

MASI accepts a voluntary return only if all of the following are met:

  1. The request is submitted no later than Day 14 by email to support@masi.eu.
  2. MASI authorizes the return in writing and provides the return address before shipment.
  3. The customer dispatches the authorized return within 14 calendar days after authorization (weekends and public holidays count; no extension).
  4. Each returned item is unopened, unused, undamaged, complete, in original product packaging, with original product seal intact.
  5. The customer pays all return shipping and associated return costs.
  6. The customer must use a trackable return service where available and provide MASI with the carrier name and tracking number promptly after dispatch. If tracking is unavailable, the customer must provide other reasonable proof of dispatch. The customer must retain all shipping receipts and proof of dispatch until the return and refund have been completed.

MASI rejects late requests, unauthorized returns, late dispatches, and items that fail the conditions above. Unauthorized shipments may be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.

Accepted voluntary returns are refunded to the original payment method for the product price paid. Outbound shipping and return shipping are not refunded.

Excluded from the 14-Day Return Policy: digital gift cards; supplied digital content; opened sealed supplements.

For subscription orders, this 14-Day Return Policy applies to the delivered order that is the subject of the request. A product return does not cancel the subscription.

9.4 Statutory withdrawal

An eligible consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days starting the day after delivery of the goods (or of the last item if delivered separately; or of the first item for regular periodic deliveries under one contract). Weekends and public holidays count. The deadline is not extended.

Send the notice by email to support@masi.eu. Return the goods within 14 calendar days after the notice (weekends and public holidays count; no extension). The customer pays all return shipping and associated return costs.

MASI refunds the product price paid and, if required by law, the cheapest standard outbound shipping charged for the order. MASI may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return are received. Return shipping is not refunded. MASI may deduct diminished value from excessive handling where law permits.

Statutory withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods once the product seal is opened after delivery, or to digital content supplied after the customer’s required consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights for that digital content.

9.5 Defects

Email support@masi.eu with order number, description, and evidence. MASI may require inspection or return of the goods. MASI applies the product remedy required by conformity law. The customer pays all return shipping and associated return costs. MASI does not reimburse return shipping.

For qualifying Spanish consumer purchases, the statutory conformity period is three years from delivery.

10. Shipping and delivery

Checkout states the shipping method, charge, duty and tax treatment, and estimated delivery for the address. Checkout controls for that order. A method or destination not offered at checkout is unavailable for that order. All items are subject to availability.

Dispatch preparation: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless accepted as binding.

The customer provides a complete and accurate address and any requested recipient or customs information. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. The customer pays carrier, customs, and import charges caused by incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid recipient charges. If a shipment returns to MASI for those reasons, MASI may charge redelivery or deduct non-recoverable outbound and carrier costs from any refund.

Risk passes when the customer or designated recipient takes physical possession, unless the customer appointed a carrier not offered by MASI.

If MASI cancels for non-delivery or unavailability after payment, MASI refunds the amount paid for the undelivered goods. To the extent permitted by law, that refund is the customer’s exclusive remedy for non-delivery.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Opt-out controls: Your Privacy Choices.

12. Communications

MASI sends transactional messages for orders, payments, delivery, returns, accounts, subscriptions, Early Cancellation Amount notices, and payment requests. Marketing requires the applicable lawful basis and includes unsubscribe.

13. Intellectual property and customer content

Website content, branding, text, graphics, images, and software are owned by or licensed to MASI. No copying, resale, modification, or commercial exploitation without permission except as law permits.

By submitting a review, image, or feedback, the customer grants MASI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and display it for MASI operations and promotion, subject to the Privacy Policy. The customer warrants ownership of submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” MASI does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access, or that results from product use will meet the customer’s expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or procurement of substitute goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASI’s total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount the customer paid MASI for that order in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory product conformity rules and liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

15. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer will indemnify MASI against claims, losses, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from the customer’s breach of these Terms, unlawful use of products, unauthorized resale, or fraud.

16. Force majeure

MASI is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, terrorism, epidemic, government action, labour dispute, utility or network failure, carrier disruption, customs action, or supply shortage. The customer’s payment obligations for amounts already due remain.

17. Termination and survival

MASI may restrict website access or terminate an account for unlawful use or material breach. Termination does not affect lawfully accrued amounts, completed orders, Early Cancellation Amounts, or provisions that by nature survive (including payment, ECA, IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law).

18. Governing law

Spanish law governs these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections and court access under the law applicable to the consumer remain available.

19. Updates

MASI may update these Terms by publishing a new version with a new “Last updated” date. The accepted Terms version governs an existing subscription unless a later version is agreed or a change is required by law.
