Science
How MASI thinks about evidence: hallmarks of aging as a map (not a shopping list), what human trials can and cannot show, quality standards, and gateways into the full Learn library.
Positioning. We sell dietary supplements with education deep enough that a clinician can skim without cringing. We do not sell cures, drug equivalents, or “reverse aging” guarantees.
How we evaluate claims
- Is the biology real (pathways, cells, animals)?
- Do humans have interventional data — and for which endpoints?
- Are doses and durations relevant to consumer use?
- What confounds and conflicts of interest exist?
- What must stay in the clinician’s domain?
Gateway into deep pages
- NMN / NAD+ — human RCT map
- Resveratrol — chemistry & bioavailability
- Fisetin — senescence research
- Spermidine — autophagy
- Hair Complex — timelines
- Stacks & 90-day programs
- Safety & interactions
- GLP-1 adjacency (not alternatives)
Quality & testing
Identity, strength, contaminants, method honesty. Quality pillar · Lab test results · USP/EP/JP literacy.
Do you publish peer-reviewed MASI trials on this page?
This page routes to education and quality. Molecule pages cite external primary literature. Product-specific lab materials are linked where available.
Why so much “limits” language?
Because that is how serious science communication works — and how we stay founder-safe.
