Why muscle is a longevity organ

Skeletal muscle drives mobility, glucose disposal, and resilience to illness. Age-related loss (sarcopenia trajectory) is modifiable with training and protein in most adults cleared for exercise.

Training minimums

Most adults benefit from 2+ weekly progressive resistance sessions plus regular walking/cardio as appropriate. Exact programming is individual. Exercise lifespan context: exercise and lifespan.

Protein

Distribute protein across the day; pair with training. Supplements do not replace food protein targets.
