Web Accessibility
Last updated: July 13, 2026
MASI SUNRISE, SLU (“MASI,” operating as MASI Longevity Science) is committed to making masi.eu usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We aim to provide an inclusive experience so customers can browse products, complete checkout, manage subscriptions, and contact support with reasonable ease. We work toward alignment with recognized standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable, and we consider guidance related to the ADA, Section 508, and similar resources when improving the site.
Accessibility is ongoing. Shopify themes, apps (including subscription, reviews, and marketing tools), third-party scripts, and new content can affect accessibility. We improve issues as we identify them and as our platform allows.
What we work on
- Clear structure and readable text where we control the theme
- Keyboard and focus usability for core paths where supported by the theme/apps
- Color contrast and visible controls in areas we design
- Text alternatives for meaningful images we upload, where applicable
- Forms and checkout flows provided by Shopify and connected apps
Known limits
Some experiences depend on Shopify, Recharge, review widgets, analytics, or advertising tools that MASI does not fully control. Those components may not always meet the same standard as pages we author directly. If a tool blocks you from completing a purchase or managing an order, contact us and we will help by alternative means where reasonably possible (for example email support).
